Full Moon & guided by Wolf Spirit 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵 Its no secret that one of my spirit animals is a Wolf, so I’m connected to working with the wolf and her energy to heal. The wolf is very family orientated , loves friendship, teamwork, but also likes to move alone - she is protective, wild, loves freedom, is instinctual & playful She is the perfect guide to guide us to our younger self, inner child. Join me as I work with the Wolf spirit to guide you through a meditation to your younger self. Maybe your younger self hurt was hurt in some way, felt neglected, alone or lacked the nurturing she/he needed at any time? Or maybe there was trauma, emotional, physical that needs light, love & healing energy. We will use the breath & guided meditation to guide us to our younger selves so that we can bring her/him healing energy & infuse the shadows with light. I have written a beautiful meditation combined with breathwork & sound healing to journey to our younger self & send her/him Reiki energy. Let me hold this space for you & your younger self using my unique combination of breath, sound ,crystals & my spirit guide to infuse younger you with unconditional divine love , safety & light. There are 15 spaces in this beautiful circle where you will be held with reiki energy & myself. We will with hot cacao around a bonfire weather permitting to sound off a evening that will change your outlook on energy forever!
