Join me this July New Moon to manifest healing for our Inner Child, Younger Self, we store energy in the body from not being seen or heard as a child, work with me for gentle stretches and breath guided mediation to work through our chakras and emotions so that they can be released, with a gentle sound bath- The outcome is more stronger roots, foundations and more self love and compassion.
