Perfect for those who haven’t been before or need a safe space to talk through any issues challenges & desired outcomes that we can work towards. During this session we will work to identify end goals and any concious or unconcious blocks either emotional, mental or energetic. Spiritual Life Coaching and energy work is a holistic approach to working through challenges. It gives you a safe non judgemental space to open up , & acknowledge the challenges & we work towards a goal with a positive outcome. Before working with meditation sound Reiki & breathwork techniques to clear the blocks or stagnant energy. During this session which is very intuitive and flows - you can expect -Reflective conversation -Talk therapy -Intuitive work to identify any energy blocks -Energy Healing using Holy Fire Reiki -Meditation -Sound Healing - Breathwork
