A session ideal for those who want some regular spiritual maintenance, calm, stillness & Reiki energy. Using meditation techniques , EFT sound & Reiki we will work together to release blocks cleanse auric field & or identify anything you can do after the session to support your journey. If you have not had a session before it’s best to book the Coaching & Energy Session 90mins.
