A Cacao, Yin Yoga, Reiki & Gong Sound Journey As the Moon begins her gentle descent from fullness, she reminds us that there is beauty in softening, wisdom in surrender, and power in letting go. The waning moon is a sacred time to honour all that has been illuminated, express gratitude for what has blossomed, and lovingly release what is no longer aligned with your highest good. It is an invitation to return home to yourself. Together, we will gather in sacred space, beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to awaken the heart, deepen intention, and connect with your inner guidance. From there, you'll be guided through gentle, intuitive movement and nourishing yin yoga to release stagnant energy, open the body, and invite stillness. As your body settles into deep rest, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of a gong sound bath while receiving Reiki energy, allowing your mind, body and spirit to realign and restore. This is a space to be held, to breathe deeply, to surrender what is ready to be released, and to welcome a renewed sense of peace, clarity and connection. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, heart-centred and deeply nourished—ready to flow with the natural rhythm of the moon and the wisdom within. No experience is needed.
