During this session we will work to identify end goals and any concious or unconcious blocks either emotional, mental or energetic. Spiritual Life Coaching and energy work is a holistic approach to working through challenges. It gives you a safe non judgemental space to open up , & acknowledge the challenges & we work towards a goal with a positive outcome. Before working with meditation sound Reiki & breathwork techniques to clear the blocks or stagnant energy. During this session which is very intuitive and flows - you can expect -Reflective conversation -Talk therapy -Intuitive work to identify any energy blocks -Energy Healing using Holy Fire Reiki - Energy clearing -Meditation -Sound Healing - Breathwork
